Warranty Information: The CPAP Hose Swing TM comes with a warranty for a period of 2 years for any part that fails. Please contact us by mail or email explaining the problem and we will provide the parts for you to repair the problem if simple, and if not, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return the unit for repairs which need to be done by SoftTrades.
Returns: If, within 14 days after receipt of the unit, you find your unit unsuitable for your needs, we will promptly refund the purchase price. The unit must be returned in the original tube or a tube of similar size. Please contact us by email for an (RMA) before returning the unit. Mailing charges are not refunded.
